Focused Fluency Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Focused Fluency provides personalized English coaching and assessments for adults, online and in person. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. This includes your name, phone number, email address, your self-described English level, your goals, and your schedule preferences. We collect it when you fill out a form, send us a message (including WhatsApp, text, or email), book a session, or speak with us.
Assessment and coaching information. This includes your answers in an assessment, writing samples, level results, progress notes, and reports. We record a session only with your permission.
Payment information. Payments are handled by a payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
Website and advertising information. When you visit our website or respond to an ad, we and our service providers may collect information such as your device, browser, pages visited, and how you arrived, using cookies and similar tools.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as scheduling, email, messaging, payment, video, website, and advertising platforms (for example, Meta and Google), and only as needed for those services.
If your employer or another organization pays for your coaching, we share your results with them only as you have agreed. This is usually limited to your level and progress, and not the details of your sessions.
We may disclose information only if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
4. Recordings and Writing Samples
We record a session or keep a writing sample only with your consent, and we use it for assessment and coaching. You can ask us to stop recording or to delete a recording or sample at any time, subject to any legal requirements.
5. Advertising and Cookies

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by text, WhatsApp, or phone about your request and your sessions. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information as long as we need it to provide our services, to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
